• Click “Apply Now”
• Register, verify your email, and log in
• Select the correct service and begin the application

📄 Step 3: Prepare & Upload Required Documents

Ensure clear scanned or photographed copies of:

• Degree certificate
• Transcript of marks/grades
• Medium of Instruction (MoI) letter
• Passport or photo ID
• Name-change proof (if applicable)
• English translations (if originals are not in English)

💳 Step 4: Pay Fees & Identity Check

• Basic Ecctis fee: £140 for comparison
• English + Comparison service: £210
• Digital statement download: £7.50

Identity confirmation is done online as part of the process.

⏳ Step 5: Processing Time

• Standard processing: 10 working days
• Combined services may take up to 30 working days
• Status updates are available on your Ecctis portal

📌 Step 6: Use Ecctis Reference in Visa Application

After successful verification, you’ll receive a digital statement with a reference code. Enter this code in your UK Skilled Worker Visa application under the “proof of English proficiency” section.
