Use of Original Documents

We understand the hesitation to send original academic documents. While most universities require originals for transcript issuance, we can make an exception and accept scanned soft copies for the initial application phase, subject to university verification policies.

Document Upload via Portal

You can upload mark sheets, degree certificates, migration certificates, and other documents directly to our secure portal. This eliminates the need for physical submission and speeds up the process.

Alternative Arrangements

If you're located outside India and prefer not to send hard copies, we can arrange an alternative route. Please note that this service includes an additional fee of ₹2000 for processing and university compliance.

Fee Structure & Policy

We acknowledge your concern regarding transcript service charges. However, fees are standardized based on university documentation procedures and cannot be negotiated. The quality and reliability of our service ensure a smooth and compliant process.

Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) – WES Application

Since you're applying for WES (World Education Services) or another ECA body, your transcript must be sent directly to the evaluating organization. The FACTS transcript fee for ECA delivery is ₹3000, separate from the WES fee, which you pay directly on their platform.

WES Reference Number Requirement

We will require your unique WES reference number to ensure proper transcript delivery. This number is essential for linking your medium of instruction letter, migration, and transcript with your ECA application.
